Kathy Chiu is a founding Partner of DeepWork Capital. In 2015 she co-founded DeepWork with the investment thesis of focusing on underinvested markets, particularly Florida. Today, DeepWork Capital manages multiple private funds and the State of Florida’s Florida Opportunity Fund (FOF). DeepWork's portfolio spans enterprise tech, deep tech, and life sciences. At the time of DeepWork's first investment, companies are typically raising Seed or Series A rounds. An MIT engineer and Stanford MBA, Kathy was a product manager and quant jock before starting her VC career with a wireless technology fund.
